In addition to the application, we will also need the following:
- Current copy of your valid driver’s License, passport, or state issued Identification
- The Easement and ROW agreement will need to be notarized by a Public Notary
Who/Where can I get my Easement notarized
- Any Notary Public can notarize the Easement and ROW agreement. The ORIGINAL document will need to be mailed or brought in to our office.
- Our local office has many Notary’s and will be glad to notarize your Easement and ROW agreement, at no additional charge.
Are there any fees?
- $25 one-time Membership fee
- $45 Connect/Transfer fee
Will I have a deposit?
A utility credit check is needed upon completed application, to determine if your deposit may be waived or collected.
