To establish service at your location, you must complete and submit a Member Application.  If you are the property owner, an Easement and Right of Way Agreement is also required.  Please note that the easement document must be signed in the presence of a notary public to be legally valid. We have notaries available in our office located at 5225 US Highway 82 E, Blossom, TX 75416.  We need the original signed and notarized Easement and Right of Way Agreement.  Emailed copies of the Easement and Right of Way Agreement will not be accepted.  If you cannot come to our office in person, the notarized Easement and Right of Way agreement may be mailed to PO Box 68, Blossom, TX 75416 or delivered to 5225 US Highway 82 E, Blossom, TX 75416.

Additionally, a clear copy of a valid driver’s license for all named applicants is required to verify identity and establish the account.  The Member Application and the copies of the driver’s licenses may be emailed to info@lamarelectric.coop.
